Hey legends! We're Billie Jo, the crew behind the men's jewellery label, and we're on the lookout for an eCommerce Assistant to jump on board. This is a Christmas casual gig, with the potential of more permanent shifts heading into the new year.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements
- Retail Customer Service for small showroom
- Preparing orders and products for dispatch
- Organising, preparing, and dispatching wholesale orders (Australian + International)
- Processing customer returns
- Provide support to the office team
- Count and check stock deliveries, ensuring accurate receipt into the warehouse system
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
- The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.
Who you are
- Previous pick/packer experience is essential
- Experience in Shopify also highly desirable, but not essential
- Previous Retail experience also highly desirable
- Has a genuine interest in fashion and being part of a quick-paced e-commerce brand
- High attention to detail.
- A willingness to take ownership of the role.
- Sound computer skills.
- Extremely organised and able to multitask.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be comfortable to be in office content for social platforms
