Join us at StoreLocal Pimpama, QLD as a full-time Store Manager. In this highly engaging role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to help our clients find the perfect storage solutions for their needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assist customers in person, over the phone and via digital channels to understand their storage requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
* Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our storage units and accessories to customers.
* Process bookings, rentals, and sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the storage facility to provide a welcoming environment.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback and ideas to enhance the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service or sales‑focused role, ideally within the retail or storage industry.
* Minimum 1‑2 years of customer service or sales experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, empathise and provide exceptional service.
* Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to handle customer queries and concerns effectively.
* Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail to accurately process transactions and maintain records.
* Flexible and adaptable to work in a rapid‑paced, dynamic environment.
* Forklift licence desirable but not essential; we will pay for a successful applicant to obtain a forklift licence.
* Australian work rights required for this position.
* Store management experience required for this Store Manager role.
