As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the chance to work with a well-established company in the automotive industry. Your main duties will include calling existing customers to upgrade their current model and refinance, responding to and following up pay-out requests to determine customer needs, providing excellent customer care services, updating databases, and performing ad-hoc administration duties.
The role is based in Parramatta, but remote work options are available two days per week after probation. You can expect to work Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
Our client offers a competitive salary of $60,000 plus superannuation and commission. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have experience working in a call centre or retention environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
