Territory Sales Manager - Western Australia
Flexco is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to help us increase sales revenue and maintain customer relationships within the assigned geographical area.
The role will require outstanding organisational and distributor relationship skills.
The successful candidate will also be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs and is able to provide solutions accordingly.
Ultimately, you will ensure our customers receive significant value through our range of products and services.
By utilising existing market data, you will develop sales plans and target under‑penetrated sites and industries.
Location: Perth, Western Australia
Distributor Engagement & Growth Strengthen distributor relationships through regular engagement and joint sales initiatives.
Ensure distributors actively promote and represent Flexco in the market.
Customer Support & Revenue Growth / Expansion Support existing customers by providing solutions that enhance their operations.
Drive upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, including Product of the Month promotions.
Deliver sustainable year‑on‑year revenue growth.
Align efforts with Flexco's business priorities and profitability goals.
New Business Development & Market Share Growth Identify and target new customers and sites to expand Flexco's market share.
Utilise market data to drive strategic business growth.
Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date sales pipeline and consistent utilisation of Flexco's CRM platform.
Use data‑driven insights to improve forecasting and opportunity management.
Training & Voice of Customer Feedback Conduct training sessions for distributors and customers to enhance product knowledge.
Share customer insights and best practices to strengthen the business's strategic direction and investments.
Demonstrate integrity, collaboration, and a customer‑first mindset in all interactions.
Foster innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Relevant experience in a direct sales or marketing role.
Previous industry‑related experience is favoured.
High level computer literacy – Microsoft Office.
Experience using a CRM system; Sales Force experience is a bonus.

High level of customer service skills.
Well‑developed problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Ability to act independently and prioritise workload.
