About The Role

As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact in the Branch, providing exceptional customer service, identifying and supporting customers to explore their financial needs.
You will undertake transaction activities, educate customers on digital banking solutions, and conduct needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.

Exceptional communication and relationship building skills are essential. We seek career-minded individuals with a genuine interest or passion for banking.

Previous banking experience is preferred but not required.
