As a Retail Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading by example in-store. Your goal is to ensure that every customer has a positive experience, from the moment they enter our store until they leave with their purchases.


About This Role

* This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Retail Pharmacy Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail pharmacy and ensuring that we are providing the best possible service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving sales growth. You should have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire your team members to deliver exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example in-store.
2. Oversee the daily operations of our retail pharmacy and ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our customers.
3. Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising to create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment.
4. Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
5. Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of retail pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional customer service.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role, preferably in the retail pharmacy industry.
* Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving sales growth.
* Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional results.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
