Successful local business operating for over 30 years, are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Office Manager Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanet part time basis.
**About the Role**
- Maintain Business and equipment licences and registrations
- Maintain office supplies
- Mail and document delivery and collection
- Maintain accurate and secure filing, archiving and data backups
- Payroll processing compliance and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate and secure payroll and HR data
- Creditor and Debtor reconciliation and management including required supporting invoicing documentation
- Bank and general ledger reconciliations and reporting
- Banking
- Statutory lodgements, including but not limited to, quarterly BAS, monthly IAS and monthly Superannuation
**Required Skills and Experience**
Essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility, ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- In depth Xero knowledge and experience
- MS Office skills and experience
- Up to date COVID 19 immunisation certificate
- Right to work in Australia evidence
