We are Australia's leading supplier and manager of Airport Baggage Trolley Services.
An opportunity has become available at our Sydney Airport location to employ a full-time Customer Service Representative. The purpose of a Customer Service Representative is to collect and return luggage trolleys at the International terminal.
Responsibilities
* Collect luggage trolleys as directed, according to Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
* Have the physical ability and manual dexterity needed to push multiple trolleys.
* Ability to walk and stand for 8 hours a day.
* Learn and practice protected work procedures thus assuring safety to self, co-workers, passengers and the general public.
* Be courteous, maintain valuable communication and cooperation with other employees, passengers, the general public and facility management.
* Perform jobs in an honest, reliable, and skilled manner.
Qualifications
* Hold an Australian Security Identification Card (ASIC Card) that enables you to work at Brisbane International Airport.
* Be available to work night shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
* Casual employees should be flexible with additional hours and changing shift times.
* Work well in a team environment.
* Be highly motivated and work well autonomously.
Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
