We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of Emmbr's Software Engineering market. This is a hands-on 360 role with real ownership. You will manage client relationships, win new work, and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates from the first conversation through to placement and beyond. Unlike many senior roles, you won't be building from zero. Emmbr has recruited in this market for over 10 years, with the desk further developed by our General Manager over the past seven years, resulting in a strong client base, an active candidate network, and consistent hiring demand. The role You will operate end-to-end across the Software Engineering space, combining value-add business development with high-quality delivery.
