Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to drive business growth and expand our customer base through remote sales activities within the Inside Sales team for the Australia/New Zealand region.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive inside sales activities, growing revenue in assigned accounts through calls, emails, and targeted marketing communication, and supporting the broader sales team by covering geographic regions or segments not actively serviced by field reps.

4. Expand relationships with customers through increased daily touchpoints
5. Deliver virtual presentations and product demos using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other digital platforms
6. Provide quotes, product information, and tailored solutions throughout the customer lifecycle
7. Visit customers when opportunities warrant deeper relationship building
8. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care to convert leads and enhance customer outcomes
9. Use CRM insights to identify patterns, target accounts, and drive repeat purchases
10. Manage a healthy opportunity pipeline and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts
11. Contribute to the development of the eShop platform, driving digital adoption within key customer groups
