We're partnering with a leading organisation to secure an experienced Change Manager for a high‐impact, enterprise‐wide data governance program.
This is a 6‐month contract opportunity to play a key role in shaping how data is managed, governed, and trusted across the business.
This is not a BAU change role. You'll be at the heart of a strategic transformation, working closely with senior stakeholders to embed new frameworks, uplift data capability, and drive lasting behavioural change.
What you'll be doing
* Lead end‐to‐end change strategy for a large‐scale data governance initiative
* Engage and influence executive and senior stakeholders across the business
* Drive adoption of new data policies, standards, and governance frameworks
* Develop and execute communication, training, and engagement plans
* Partner closely with data, technology, and business teams to ensure successful rollout
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Change Manager in complex environments
* Experience working on data governance initiatives or strong exposure to data‐led transformation programs
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
* Pragmatic, hands‐on approach with a focus on outcomes
