Job Description
As Ballarat’s commercial property market experiences growth, Colliers is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to join our Ballarat Sales & Leasing team. You will play a key role in driving sales success while managing important client relationships and commercial transactions.
What You Will Do
Manage and grow a strong portfolio of commercial property sales and leasing clientsDrive new business development with an entrepreneurial mindset and ‘hunter’ attitudeSource, negotiate, and close commercial property sales and leasing deals from start to finishConduct property inspections, market presentations, and client negotiationsProvide expert market knowledge, advice, and strategic sales solutions to clientsCollaborate closely with marketing to maximise property exposure (signage, brochures, online campaigns, Information Memorandums, and videos)Maintain high visibility and credibility within the Ballarat commercial property marketMentor junior team members and contribute to team success and culture
Qualifications
About you:
Experienced commercial property sales or leasing professional with proven track recordStrong negotiation and relationship-building skills and natural business developerExcellent communicator able to engage diverse stakeholders with confidence and professionalismLicensed Real Estate Agent or Victorian Agent’s Representative CertificateCommercially astute with entrepreneurial drive and ambition for career growthPassionate about delivering exceptional client service and results in a fast-paced environment
