Job Description
The Group seeks a proven hospitality leader to take the helm of its two high-profile venues, reporting directly to the owners, the role demands an experienced, strategic operator capable of leading a large team, maximising performance, and preserving the unique identity of each venue.
* Lead operations across two venues with distinct concepts and clientele
* Drive profitability through revenue optimisation, forecasting, and cost control
* Cultivate high-performing, engaged teams with strong retention outcomes
* Maintain premium service standards and uphold brand identity
* Lead compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with a strong track record in premium dining environments. You combine operational excellence with emotional intelligence, inspiring trust, loyalty, and results across all stakeholder groups.
* Minimum 3 years in multi-site restaurant/general management
* Proven success managing venues of 130+ seats and high average spends
* Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach
* Skilled in performance management, coaching, and team development
* Technologically savvy and proficient in key hospitality platforms
