What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in
insurance broking
* Experience in entry-level customer service or support roles within general insurance for junior broking roles
* Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
* Tier 1 or Tier 2 Insurance qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
* A client-first mindset and a proactive approach to service
