Rockingham Mazda isn't looking for "order takers." We are looking for a real go-getter to join our high-performing Used Vehicle team. This is a full-time role for someone motivated, driven by success, and excited by the fast-paced world of used cars.
We don't need you to be a car expert. We need you to be a sales animal. If you have used car market knowledge, that's a massive advantage, but your hunger to win is what matters most.
THE VIBE: You don't wait for things to happen; you make them happen. You understand that sales is a contact sport. You're charismatic, resilient, and you view a "no" just as a stepping stone to a potential "yes." You want a career where your pay check directly reflects the effort you put in.
THE MISSION: WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING This isn't just about sitting at your desk browsing social media. It's about owning the process.
· Own the Lot: You ensure the yard presentation is flawless. Cars lined up razor-sharp, shining, and ready for action (ensuring advertising materials/Form 4s are correctly displayed).
· Hunt the Leads: You aren't just waiting for walk-ins/phone-ins. You are aggressively engaging potential buyers via phone, email, in person and the service department.
· The Deep Dive: Conduct expert needs analyses ("Fact Finds") to figure out exactly what makes the customer tick and fit them into the perfect pre-owned vehicle.
· The Show: Coordinate exciting test drives that showcase features & benefits and seal the deal.
· Close the Deal: Manage the entire sales process, from the initial enquiry, through tough negotiations, right up to the final delivery high-five.

THE GRIND (HOURS): Full Time.
· Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
· Wednesday: 8:30am – 7:00pm (Late night trade)
· Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm
Plus 2 RDO's per month.
