As Senior Manager – Fraud and Scams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that protect our customers and the Group.
You'll lead risk buy‑down projects, influence Group policy, broader industry changes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we stay ahead of emerging threats.
Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen fraud and scam prevention across Business Banking and the Group.
Lead risk customer focused projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

Partner with internal teams to influence policy and regulatory developments.
