Job Description

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct client assessments & therapy from pediatric to adult clientele depending on your experience and interests.
* Be able to work independently and efficiently.
* Be able to solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work.
* Be confident with clinical reasoning skills across a variety of conditions.
* Be involved in liaising with multiple stakeholders regarding patient care.
Key Requirements
* Australian Association of Social Workers Certification and membership (AASW)
* Qualified liability/Public indemnity insurance
* Demonstrated ability to work as a sole practitioner whilst maintaining strong relationships with our clinical teams
* Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective.
* Demonstrate a high standard of ethical practice
* A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
* Be able to provide clinical supervision to other staff if required and based on experience level.
* Be confident in your role while being open to feedback.
