The Role — Commercial Finance Manager (Scorecard + Development Hybrid)
Lead the Scorecard Automation Project (50%)
The business is moving all financial + operational reporting into an automated dashboard environment (PowerBI/Microsoft Fabric).
You will:
* Own the Scorecard reporting for the organisation
* Lead the next phase of building & enhancing dashboards
* Work with consultants + exec stakeholders to design meaningful insights
* Drive process improvement, efficiency and data quality
* Shape how performance reporting is delivered business-wide
This is a high-visibility project with genuine impact.
You’ll manage a portfolio of development projects, acting as the commercial partner for project teams.
Core responsibilities include:
* Project + stage feasibilities
* Forecasting, project accounting & cashflows
* Challenging assumptions & advising development teams
* Preparing inputs for PCG, ExCo & Board submissions
* Translating financial insights for non-finance stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in property development (residential preferred)
* Stakeholder management skills — confident, clear and influential
* Ability to work with ambiguity & deadlines in a fast-moving environment
* Experience with PowerBI / dashboarding is ideal (not essential if you’re strong commercially)
