Job Title: EUC & Audio Video Support Engineer
We are looking for an engineer to provide End User Computing (EUC) and Audio Video (AV) support at the client site. The engineer will support users with IT issues and ensure meeting room AV systems work properly.
Responsibilities
* Provide desktop and laptop support to end users.
* Install and configure Windows OS, software, and applications.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Support printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
* Set up and support meeting room AV equipment such as cameras, microphones, displays, and video conferencing systems.
* Assist users during online meetings and presentations.
* Troubleshoot video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Webex.
* Ensure AV systems are working before meetings.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
* Basic knowledge of network and connectivity issues.
* Experience supporting audio video and meeting room systems.
* Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
