About the role
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced TetraPak Aseptic Filling Technician to join our team In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safe and sterile production of high-quality food products.
Your responsibilities will include
* Operate and monitor aseptic processing and packaging equipment
* Supporting the team with assembling and installing new and modified mechanical assemblies
* collecting and analysing data to improve line performance and prevent down time
* Follow strict sterile procedures to maintain product safety and quality
* Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines to prevent contamination
* Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment and production areas
* Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP)
* Organising and supervising inspection and maintenance of machines and plant
* Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance teams
* Estimating material costs and quantities, and machine requirements
* Understand and follow the Business Policies and Procedures
About you
* A willingness to undertake shift work
*
o 5 year's experience in similar role
* Prior experience operating Tetra Pak machines is a strong advantage and highly valued
* A great attitude and genuine desire to produce high quality results
* Excellent work ethic and a desire to get things done
* Work collaboratively with kindness, respect, and a supportive attitude to foster a positive team environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Familiarity with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards
