Financial Planner (Ballarat) - Ballarat 
With continued growth in our Financial Planning division we are seeking a qualified, motivated Financial Planner to join our team.

Responsibilities 
- Help grow and develop the Financial Planning division. 
- Provide comprehensive Financial Planning advice to clients, including strategies such as Investments, Superannuation (including SMSF), Transitions to Retirement, Centrelink Planning, Cash Flows, SMSFs, Aged Care, and Risk. 
- Build and strengthen staff relationships to obtain internal client referrals from other divisions. 
- Source external referrals from personal networks. 
- Meet monthly budgets and key performance indicators. 
Candidate profile 
- Client focused with a willingness to help and support existing and new clients in achieving goals and objectives. 
- Committed to ethical and compliant dealings with clients. 
- Understand the current legislative and technical framework related to investments, taxation, superannuation, and risk insurance. 
- Enjoy working autonomously as well as within a team. 
Required Skills 
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Financial Planner. 
- Must meet the FASEA education requirements. 
- Highest level of ethics and positive compliance checks. 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
- High attention to detail. 
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills. 
- Ability to drive and develop internal and external relationships.
