Job Summary
The Healthcare Operations Manager is responsible for leading the Allied Health Customer Service team in providing exceptional patient care and service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement and oversee systems and processes to support Allied Health services across various settings.
* Foster strong relationships with Allied Health teams, department heads and key stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality care.
* Advise and coordinate with Allied Health Professionals and other units on service delivery requirements.
* Manage daily office operations, including staffing and resource allocation for the Allied Health Customer Service team.
