Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new private and public‐sector business to meet revenue objectives.
* Government Focus: Act as the lead consultant for government bodies, expanding our footprint through tailored professional service offerings.
* Account Management: Take ownership of a portfolio of existing corporate accounts, ensuring long‐term retention and expansion.
* Solution Selling: Break down complex service offerings into clear value propositions for senior decision‐makers.
* Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to manage the end‐to‐end sales lifecycle from initial prospecting to closing.
About You
You are a commercially savvy relationship builder who thrives on influencing and persuading at a strategic level.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of success in Business Development, Account Management, or Client Services.
* Education: Tertiary qualification in Business or a related field.
* Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a proven ability to deliver high‐impact presentations and public speaking.
* Mindset: A proactive attitude with a strong alignment to business objectives.
* Logistics: Must hold a current Driver's Licence and be willing to travel interstate as required.
