Connect People is partnered with a major infrastructure services leader to recruit an experienced Fleet Procurement Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Tier 1 organisation managing one of the largest and most diverse mobile fleets across Australia and New Zealand.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting operational delivery by managing a significant fleet portfolio. Your focus will be on lifecycle management, procurement planning and ensuring the fleet meets project and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage acquisitions, disposals, replacements and maintenance across the mobile fleet to reduce downtime and idle assets
* Provide support for project mobilisation / demobilisation and fleet performance optimisation
* Ensure fleet compliance and contribute to financial and leasing strategy
* Play an active role in the LV Modernisation Project (700+ vehicles)
* Conduct asset suitability reviews and provide technical advice
* Investigate and solve issues related to asset lifecycle and performance
About You
* Experience in a similar fleet procurement or asset management role
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relating to vehicles, trucks, and fleet equipment
* Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
* Confident with Microsoft Excel (intermediate+)
* Great stakeholder engagement skills and problem-solving mindset
