**About the Role**

The Capability Consultant - Lending Programs works within the Retail Capability team and trains our new and experienced lenders on the skills needed to do their jobs well. This role runs classroom training, digital classroom training and builds and maintains learning programs and tools that support lenders to deliver strong customer outcomes and performance in our residential lending job family.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Facilitation of onboarding, accreditation and CPD classroom programs (digital and face to face) for lending roles within the Retail Bank (Simple and complex residential kending, Consumer Lending)
- Building, monitoring and coordination of the Accreditation and CPD programs for Home Lenders
- Designing, development and maintenance of training materials and on the job support tools relevant to lending roles
**About you**
- Extensive experience as an end to end lender (customer engagement, loan structuring and processing) _Essential_
- Experience in training facilitation, performance coaching and/or designing basic training tools _Desired_
- Passion for adult learning/ supporting people to learn new skills and ensuring effective knowledge transfer
- Passionate about exceptional customer experiences
- Operational understanding of the Financial Services industry
- Intermediate analysis and reporting skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
