All Nation Security Group is a growing and professional security services provider based in Melbourne. As we continue expanding, we are looking for a confident and driven Sales Executive / Business Development professional to help secure new contracts across Victoria.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new clients, closing deals, and earning strong commissions for bringing in business.
What You'll Be Doing
• Identify and approach potential clients across commercial, construction, retail, and event sectors
• Promote our security services including guarding, mobile patrols, and event security
• Generate new leads and convert them into long-term contracts
• Meet clients, present proposals, and close deals
• Maintain strong client relationships and support long-term partnerships
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

What We're Looking For
• Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition

• Experience in security, cleaning, labour hire, or facilities services is highly regarded
• Existing industry contacts are a bonus.
