Must have previous experience in WA new home sales or a new home sales management role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow YATTA HOMES sales division.
This role will be responsible for building and leading a sales team focused on expanding the business.
Key sales channels
* First home buyers and house & land packages
* Residential development opportunities
* Modular housing projects
* Rural and regional building opportunities
* Select commercial and multi-dwelling projects
The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing referral partnerships, mentoring sales consultants and driving strong sales performance across their team.
Responsibilities
* Manage an experienced and existing Sales Team
* Building and expanding the current team of New Home Sales Consultants
* Assisting clients purchasing their first home through house and land packages
* Identifying development and multi-home opportunities
* Developing relationships with referral partners such as finance brokers and property professionals
* Mentoring and supporting consultants to improve performance
* Managing the sales pipeline through CRM systems
* Driving new business opportunities through networking and partnerships
About You
We are looking for someone with strong experience in new home sales within Western Australia.
* Experience working for a home builder or property sales company
* Strong understanding of house and land packages and the WA building process
* Experience working with first home buyers
* Leadership or mentoring experience (or a senior sales consultant ready to step into management)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
Previous experience in new home sales is essential for this role.
