Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer, PE to join our Municipal team in our Baxter office. What You Will Be Doing:
* Responsible for the management planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel, both design and construction
* Work closely with Project Managers in understanding client needs and expectations.
* Review and/or prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies
* Read and interpret engineering plans, specifications and reports
* Provides technical advice regarding design, construction or modification and repairs to clients, contractors and other staff members
* May assist with business development activities (client needs, research, proposals, etc.)
* Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation requirements with field staff
What We Are Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
* Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota
* 4+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure
* Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration
* AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
* Knowledge of MnDOT requirements
* Possess a valid drivers license as travel to various facilities and job sites may be required

Salary Range: $68,000 - $120,000 depending on years of experience and credentials
