Property Growth Specialist




Job Description:



We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Property Growth Specialist to lead the growth of our property management portfolio.



As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing new landlord clients, converting leads into signed management agreements, and establishing long-term relationships within the property industry.



You will drive new business through strategic prospecting, networking, canvassing, advertising, and delivering compelling presentations.



With a strong focus on lead generation and pipeline management, you will position our agency as the preferred choice for property management services.




Key Responsibilities:




* Actively seek new property management clients through calls, emails, door knocking, networking, referrals, and social media engagement.

* Build relationships with prospective landlords, deliver rental appraisals and presentations, and secure new management agreements.

* Develop, nurture, and track a strong lead pipeline using follow-ups, targeted campaigns, and CRM/database systems.

* Partner with Sales Agents to convert investor buyers and attend open homes and auctions to identify potential landlord clients.

* Ensure a seamless onboarding experience, including signed agreements, compliance checks, financial setup, and property readiness.

* Conduct initial inspections, recommend improvements, and coordinate advertising (photos, videos, copywriting) to attract tenants.

* Manage listings, conduct viewings, handle enquiries and applications, and support tenancy sign-ups to ensure fast and effective leasing.

* Educate new landlords on processes, maintain regular communication, and deliver ongoing value to strengthen client relationships.

* Track lead sources, conversion rates, and rent roll growth, providing regular reports and insights to the Branch Manager and team.




Requirements:



To succeed in this role, you must have:




* Proven experience in business development, real estate sales, or property management.

* Certificate III in Business Administration or a related field is desirable but not required.

* Demonstrated success in lead conversion, prospecting and nurturing long-term relationships.

* Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

* Understanding of residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements (preferred).

* Understanding of local real estate market trends (preferred).

* Solid computer and administration skills.

* Current Property Management and/or Real Estate Licence, Certificate of Registration.

* Driver's licence (essential).
