Responsibilities Creating customised solutions, extensions and enhancements
Responding to client support requests
Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues before they impact the client
Proactively analysing client systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Your profile (Qualifications) 5+ years' development experience in D365 Business Central/NAV
Experience in a support environment - incident management, release management and change management
Experience in estimating BC services, capturing scope & requirements, writing user stories and development specifications
Ability to analyse, troubleshoot, scope and design requirements and development (including unit-testing) of requests for clients
Able to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Broad understanding of almost all standard Business Central modules
