Boasting a team of 7 Psychologists and full-time admin support, they have developed a fantastic local reputation, particularly within the Paediatric space. Offering great flexibility and a tailored caseload, this role is perfect for a dynamic Psychologist who enjoys a balance between clinical autonomy and a friendly collegial environment. Key Benefits: Remuneration: Competitive salary of up to $120k super FTE for Registered Psychologists, plus annual bonuses and financial incentives for high achievers. KPIs: Realistic billables target of 5 hours per day, inclusive of any report writing or care team meetings. Flexibility: The clinic operates within standard business hours Mon-Fri, with the freedom to set your own hours within these times. Tailored Caseload: Our client provides both therapy and assessments, giving you the option to take on a mixture of the two or just stick to therapy. Friendly Team: The team engages in fortnightly group supervision, with an open door policy meaning there is always someone on hand to answer any questions! Social Events: Come together quarterly for a paid team day, with previous outings including Hijinks Hotel and Ringmaking Classes! Referrals: Plentiful referrals predominantly coming from MHCPs, supplemented by some NDIS and word-of-mouth private clients! Working Days: Work between 2-4 days per week to fit around your needs. Professional Development: Access up to $12,000 FTE supervision reimbursement. Your duties will include: Taking on a caseload of clients predominantly aged 4-18yrs, with some adult clients if desired to provide variety. Working 2-4 days per week from the practice. Employing a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approach to client care, maintaining high levels of confidentiality and ethics.
