About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead and manage our hospitality operations.
The role is responsible for maintaining safety standards, coordinating staff, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
* Operational Excellence
* Food Safety and Delivery: Management of safe food delivery and front of house services, including overseeing Mess Concierges and Food and Beverage Attendants.
* Compliance and Reporting: Conduct of food safety audits, oversight of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) protocols, processes, and reporting.
* Financial Management: Management of product deliverables, including food costs, client quotations, supplier accounts.
* Preventive Management: Preventive management of food safety hazards.
* Customer Service: Review customer comments and feedback on a daily basis, investigating concerns promptly.
* Recruitment and Performance Management: Active participation in the recruitment process and identification of suitable candidates. Manage employee performance and conduct.
* Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare and deliver reports and statistics as required. Analyze data from digital activities, such as monthly bar stock takes and POS analysis.
* Safety and Compliance: Input workplace health and safety incidents into Vensafe, report faulty equipment for repairs, and maintain SHEQ standards.
