About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and committed Service Delivery Lead to support the Service Delivery Manager in overseeing the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and participant-centred services across NDIS ad Children's Services.
This role acts as the second in charge to the Service Delivery Manager and plays a vital hands-on leadership role across multiple service streams. You will provide operational oversight, support frontline team, and assist in maintaining service quality, compliance, and positive outcomes for participants, children, and families.
The Service Delivery Lead is ideal for someone with strong sector knowledge who enjoys balancing leadership, coordination and operational problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Service Delivery Manager in overseeing daily service delivery across NDIS and Children's Services
* Provide on the ground leadership and guidance to frontline staff and team leaders
* Assist with coordination of supports, services and resources to meet individual participant and child needs
* Support staff onboarding, training mentoring and performance development
* Ensure services are delivered in line with NDIS Practice Standards, Child Safety Standards and legislative requirements
* Assist in incident, complaint and risk management processes
* Support roster coordination, service coverage and workforce planning
* Monitor service quality, documentation and compliance requirements
* Act as a point of escalation in the absence of the Service Delivery Manager
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service development activities
About You
You are an organised, approachable and confident leader with experience working across both disability and children's services. You understand the importance of safety, compliance and person-centred practice and you enjoy supporting teams to deliver high quality outcomes.
You are comfortable working across multiple service streams and bring a strong understanding of coordination, communication and operational support.
Essential Criteria
* Demonstrated experience working within NDIS and Children's Services environments
* Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks, Practice Standards and safeguarding requirements
* Knowledge of child safety legislation, mandatory reporting and trauma informed practice
* Previous experience in a senior support, team leader or coordination role
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong organisational, problem solving and prioritisation abilities
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current Working with Children Check
* Valid Australian Drivers License
Desirable
* Experience in a support coordination, service coordination or case coordination role
* Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, Youth Work or similar
* Experience supporting complex needs and multi-disciplinary services environments
* Experience assisting with rostering, workforce planning or quality systems
