About the Role
We are seeking experienced and passionate professionals to provide tailored support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in our schools.
Duties
* Provide individualised support for pupils, assisting them to reach their full potential.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to deliver targeted learning activities that cater to each pupil's needs.
* Help implement behaviour strategies and individual education plans (IEPs) that promote positive outcomes for our students.
* Candidates should have experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting, as well as knowledge of effective strategies for addressing autism, ADHD, speech difficulties, and other related challenges.
