Coordinator of Supports
We're building out our Support Coordination team and looking for someone solid to come on board. You'll need to already be working as a COS and have a small caseload you can bring across. Around 10–15 participants. We care about how you work and how you show up for people.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
* Getting to know your participants properly.
* Helping them use their plan without it feeling overwhelming
* Linking them in with the right supports.
* Being the go-to when things change or fall over
* Supporting plan reviews, goals, and big life stuff
* Keeping an eye on budgets and making sure things are tracking properly
* Working with plan managers and providers so nothing gets missed
* Helping people understand their rights and back themselves
* Staying on top of the admin so things don't stall
You'll Suit This If You
* Have a couple of years behind you in disability, mental health or similar
* Care about people having real choice and control
* Don't need to be micromanaged
* Communicate well and know how to read a situation
* Stay calm when things get messy
* Keep yourself organised
* Know the NDIS well enough to explain it without all the jargon
