About the Opportunity Join a respected organisation delivering trusted water services for a sustainable and healthy South Australia. We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive organisational and project change initiatives across the Technology Division, supporting major transformational programs and embedding sustainable business outcomes.
This position plays a key role in ensuring people, processes and systems transition effectively, enabling the business to realise benefits and adopt new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, coordinate and implement change management plans across technology and business projects
* Partner with project leads to assess impacts, risks and change requirements
* Drive timely delivery of change activities aligned to project milestones
* Coach leaders and initiative owners to embed sustainable behaviour, process and system changes
* Lead day‑to‑day delivery of the change program, including risk management and quality control
* Develop workforce and training plans in collaboration with People & Safety
* Act as a key conduit for impacted teams, providing guidance and applying consistent change frameworks
* Support the development of communication plans and change networks
About You You bring strong change management capability and the ability to influence and support stakeholders across a complex environment.
Essential experience includes:
* Formal change management qualifications or equivalent experience
* Experience with PROSCI and exposure to Lean, HCD and Agile methodologies
* Proven delivery of change across process, system and business transformations
* Strong understanding of project lifecycle and implementation best practice
* Excellent understanding of how people move through change
* Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing capability
* Demonstrated experience achieving benefits realisation
