Systems Project Manager
Salary: $140/150k plus super
Location: Frenchs Forest
We're looking for a Systems Project Manager to lead the architecture, delivery, and ongoing evolution of digital platforms supporting major energy programs. This role owns the end-to-end digital ecosystem – from customer intake, and system design and platform workflows through to integrations, data integrity, reporting and system governance. You will work across internal teams, vendors, partner suppliers and government stakeholders to ensure platforms remain scalable, compliant, and operationally reliable. This is a hands‐on management role requiring strong project management discipline, SaaS platform understanding, and systems architecture capability, with clear ownership of the B2C digital experience.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Architecture & System Design
* Own the architecture and evolution of digital platforms supporting customer onboarding, eligibility assessment, installer workflows, compliance evidence and reporting
* Design scalable, modular systems aligned to multi‐year government programs
* Translate program rules and operational requirements into platform logic, workflows and system configuration
* Implement role‐based access across suppliers, installers, auditors and administrators
Systems Delivery & Project Ownership/Management
* Lead end‐to‐end platform delivery, coordinating vendors, internal teams and technical partners
* Manage system roadmaps, releases and change management
* Ensure strong project discipline across scope, milestones, dependencies and delivery timelines
Integrations & Data Management
* Manage API‐driven integrations across portals, middleware, finance and compliance systems
* Oversee data integrity, validation and reporting structures
* Maintain a single source of truth across operational and reporting environments
B2C Customer & User Experience
* Ensure platforms deliver a clear, efficient B2C user experience
* Work across UX/CX considerations including customer intake, installer workflows and operational usability
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience owning and delivering complex SaaS / digital platforms
* Strong systems architecture capability (without needing to be a developer)
* Demonstrated project management discipline and ability to deliver end‐to‐end systems
* Experience managing integrations, workflows and data governance
* Confidence working across UX/CX considerations in customer‐facing platforms
* Strong communication skills across technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders
* Highly regarded: experience in government programs, compliance environments, or multi‐stakeholder digital ecosystems
