Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat to provide exceptional support.
* Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver personalized advice.
* Troubleshoot technical issues to help customers maximize the potential of our platform.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance industry to offer informed recommendations.
* Accurately record customer interactions and provide constructive feedback to management.
* Identify areas for improvement in our processes and suggest innovative solutions.
* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing or support role.
* Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
* The ability to quickly learn new technology platforms and software systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* The capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
* Prior experience working for an online business is preferred.
