* Facilitate structured induction and ongoing leadership development programs for school based leaders.
* Evaluate leadership development by tracking the growth, effectiveness, and impact of school leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive experience leading the development of Middle Leaders in a school environment.
Demonstrated experience leading professional learning and development initiatives.
Ability to design and implement differentiated professional learning pathways.
Experience facilitating structured induction and ongoing development programs for educational leaders.
Current understanding of leadership theory and evidence-based practices in educational settings.
Knowledge of AITSL Standards and their application to leadership development.
