Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled artisanal chocolatier to create high-quality chocolates that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and craft unique chocolate products using various techniques, including tempering, hand dipping, airbrushing, and decorating.
* Develop and prepare rich ganaches, pralines, and other chocolate fillings, such as jellies.
* Maintain exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality in all aspects of chocolate production.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the art of chocolate-making.
Requirements:
* Formal training or equivalent experience as a Chocolatier with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
