Chef (Casual)
We are looking for an experienced chef to prepare high-quality meals made with care and expertise. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with fresh ingredients and delivering consistent, delicious food.
Hours:
* 2–3 nights per week
* Approximately 4:30 pm – 8:00 pm (occasionally later) Closed Sunday's and Public Holidays
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present high-quality meals
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
* Assist with menu preparation and stock control
* Work efficiently during service periods
Requirements:
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Previous experience as a chef or cook
* Ability to work independently
* Strong time management and attention to detail

Housekeeping Supervisor (Casual – Shared Role)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our motel rooms and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and train housekeeping staff
* Conduct room inspections and maintain quality standards
* Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory
* Coordinate cleaning schedules
* Report maintenance issues as required
Requirements:
* Previous housekeeping experience (supervisory experience preferred)
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Waitress (Casual)
We are also looking for a friendly and reliable waitress to provide excellent customer service in our dining area.
Hours:
* Up to 6 nights per week closed Sunday's and Public Holidays
* Approximately 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Responsibilities:
* Take customer orders and serve food and beverages
* Provide friendly and professional customer service
* Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
* Assist with basic setup and closing duties
* Assist kitchen staff and room service when required
Requirements:
* RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
* Previous hospitality experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work evenings and weekends
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude
