ROLE PURPOSE

At All Things Golden, marketing is not simply about driving traffic - it is about building desire, deepening connection, and translating brand storytelling into meaningful commercial growth.

As our Paid Digital Specialist, you will own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of our paid digital ecosystem across Meta, Google and emerging acquisition channels. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager and wider creative team to help drive profitable growth, unlock performance insights, and continuously improve the customer journey.

This role is ideal for someone who is both commercially sharp and creatively aware - someone who understands that performance marketing within a premium fashion brand requires nuance, restraint, instinct and strong aesthetic judgement.

You will play a key role in helping scale the brand locally and internationally while protecting the elevated and intentional customer experience All Things Golden is known for.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and other relevant channels
* Oversee and monitor campaign setup, performance, budget allocation, pacing and profitability daily
* Continuously optimise campaigns to improve efficiency, customer acquisition and revenue growth
* Build and manage audience, exclusion and retargeting structures, along with ongoing testing frameworks
* Own audience segmentation and custom audience development across paid and CRM channels to improve targeting and retention outcomes
* Identify performance trends, opportunities and risks proactively
* Support scaling strategies during launches, campaigns and key trade periods
* Assist with international market growth strategies across Australia, United States, United Kingdom and future expansion markets
* Support the achievement of paid media and total business COS efficiency targets through strategic budget allocation and optimisation
* Reporting, Analytics & Commercial Insights
* Deliver clear and actionable reporting across paid channels
* Analyse key metrics including MER, ROAS, CAC, AOV, new customer acquisition and customer behaviour
* Translate data into insights and recommendations that support broader marketing and business decisions
* Monitor creative fatigue, landing page performance and customer journey drop-off points
* Support forecasting, spend planning and budget tracking alongside the Marketing Manager
* Assist in identifying market-specific customer trends, performance variations and growth opportunities across different regions
* Maintain, improve and develop marketing performance dashboards to support ongoing tracking, reporting and decision-making
* Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights and opportunities for optimisation
* Creative Testing & Performance Feedback
* Collaborate closely with the creative, social and e-commerce teams to ensure paid creative aligns with campaign objectives and brand positioning
* Drive ongoing creative diversification strategies to support performance, audience engagement and reduced creative fatigue
* Lead the briefing and development of paid creative assets across static, video and copy, using performance insights to identify winning messaging, hooks and concepts and translating these into clear, actionable recommendations for continuous optimisation across creative, messaging and audience targeting
* Analyse creative performance to identify the strongest-performing messaging, hooks and concepts, translating insights into clear recommendations to inform ongoing optimisation
* Help drive a strong testing culture across paid creative and customer acquisition
* Support localisation of creative and messaging across different markets where relevant
* Work collaboratively with the team to improve campaign cohesion across all touchpoints
* Agency & Platform Coordination
* Work alongside external agency partners, supporting relationship management through clear communication, aligned execution, and strong brand representation across all interactions
* Brief internal teams and agency partners on campaign objectives, creative requirements and key performance goals
* Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and aligned with brand and commercial priorities
* Act as an internal performance specialist and key point of communication between internal teams and external partners
* Maintain a strong understanding of platform updates, trends and industry changes to inform best practice and optimisation
* Assist in evaluating new channel and market opportunities as the brand continues to scale globally
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, Social and Leadership teams
* Contribute to campaign planning, launch strategy and promotional execution
* Ensure paid media insights are integrated into broader marketing conversations and decision-making
* Support a collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused team culture
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the wider marketing team by sharing paid media expertise, insights and best practices, while supporting the up-skilling of future assistants and junior team members
* Additional Experience Highly Regarded
* Experience managing paid media across international markets including Australia, United States and/or United Kingdom
* Exposure to new market expansion strategies and international customer acquisition
* Understanding of regional customer behaviour, localisation and performance variation across markets
* Experience supporting growth-stage e-commerce or fashion brands through scaling phases

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
* 3+ years experience in paid digital/performance marketing
* Strong experience across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
* Experience within fashion, lifestyle or e-commerce brands highly regarded
* Strong understanding of attribution, customer acquisition and digital analytics
* Experience managing budgets and performance reporting
* Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo highly regarded
* Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
* Experience working alongside creative teams and agencies preferred
