This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Disability Support Worker across the Eurobodalla region. Due to an increase in demand for services and the opening of a Supported Independent Living home, we are looking to recruit new team members to our service. Our Supported Independent Living Services operate on a 24 hour rotating roster including morning, afternoon and night shifts, 7 days a week.
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for helping people with disability along with their families across a range of community based services and home & living supports. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering person-centred support across all domains of life to ensure quality of life, dignity, respect and inclusion. Our supports have a strong focus on building independent living skills and increasing peoples social connections, participation in community activities and participation in employment. Our support workers assist people with a range of tasks based on individual needs but can include assisting people with disability with personal care activities and tasks around the home, transport to work and other activities and supporting to connect with friends and participate in the community.

* Demonstrated awareness of disability
Requirements:
* You will be required to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Screening Check, First Aid Certificate and evidence of at least two (2) doses of a COVID-19 vaccination before commencement.
* You will also be required to have a current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
