About The Role
This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help deliver key performance indicators (KPIs)
2. Succeedion planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
3. The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and the ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
4. Understanding of Stock Management processes and the ability to prioritise tasks
5. Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback with your team
