We're looking for an experienced Manager to partner with our Regional Manager in leading our state‑of‑the‑art Sydney facility.
This hands‑on leadership role will guide high‑performing sales and operations teams, drive strategic direction, and manage day‑to‑day performance.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to maintaining and growing the profit position of the region through effective management of the sales function and operational expenses.
* Promote and advocate the highest level of customer service across all areas of the business.
* Support, guide and lead your team focusing on development and collaboration to achieve success.
* Ensure Kent's safety standards are met on site and advocate safety as a priority.
* Travel regionally (NSW/ACT) when required.
About You
The success of this team will be determined by the expertise and leadership of an experienced Branch or Operations Manager who has contributed to running a similar operation and has demonstrated success.
Qualifications
* Commercial acumen – understanding how to run a successful business.
* Proven operational expertise, balancing labour, inventory, equipment, warehousing, and purchasing.
* People‑focused – investing in development and training.
* Financial skills to manage budgets and optimise efficiency.
* Passion for sales and ability to drive your team to success.
