About the Role:
As a Solid Plasterer, you will report to the Site Supervisor/Project Manager. We are
looking for an experienced and qualified candidate to join our team. This is a Full
time role based in Perth, WA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Preparing and securing corner beads
* Mixing and applying plaster/cement/render with screeding
* Plumbing and straightening corners, angles, walls, and ceilings
* Creating decorative textures in finishing coats
* Preparing surfaces with cleaning, leveling, and base coats
* Maintaining quality workmanship per building codes and safety regulations
* Working efficiently to meet timelines while maintaining site safety
* Collaborating with other trades and supervisors
* Work with various plastering materials including white set, acrylic, sandfinish,
and render systems
* Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition and ensure
workplace safety standards are met
* Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure project timelines
and quality standards are achieved
HEALTH AND SAFETY:
* Comply with all requirements of the Work Health and Safety Legislation
* Support and maintain a positive health and safety culture on all work sites
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Trade Certificate in Solid Plastering or similar field
* At least one year's full-time or equivalent part time experience as a Solid
Plasterer in residential and/or commercial projects
* Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) - mandatory requirement
* Demonstrated expertise in floating, white set application, acrylic finishes, and
sandfinish techniques
* Knowledge of plastering materials, mixing ratios, and application methods for
various surface types
* Excellent attention to detail with commitment to delivering high-quality
workmanship
* Valid Australian Drivers Licence (preferred)
Job Type: Permanent Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year (plus Superannuation)
Work Location: In Person (Perth, WA)

* Monday to Friday
* Occasional weekend work
