Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Administration Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services, including managing appointment bookings, patient schedules, and billing, as well as maintaining accurate patient records.


About the Role

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone.
* Manage appointments, cancellations, and patient schedules accurately.
* Maintain up-to-date patient records and information.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administration within the allied health or medical sector, possess exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills, and be a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and within a team.
