Director, Delivery Support – Implementation Division
The Department of the Premier and Cabinet is seeking applications from experienced senior professionals with a passion for driving improvements and delivering results, to undertake a permanent engagement within the Implementation Division.
As Director, Delivery Support, you will have a leadership role in working collaboratively with delivery agencies to achieve the Queensland Government's highest priorities – including health, housing and home ownership, and reducing victims of crime.
You will have strong professional networks, excellent communication and negotiation skills and the leadership capability to get things done.

The Division operates across agencies and sectors to address complex challenges and deliver community value, through collaboration, transparency, and innovation.
The Implementation Division leverages data and evidence-based delivery methodology to shift the dial on critical priorities.
How you'll contribute
In this role, you will represent the department in sensitive discussions and negotiations, maintaining a clear focus on achieving results and communicating with influence to ensure delivery agencies commit to achieving meaningful outcomes.
You will be responsible for all aspects of supervising a small team, including providing direction and guidance to deliver a high standard of service to our stakeholders.
You will identify and lead opportunities to enhance service delivery, process improvement, and innovation across government, through the provision of strategic advice and actionable recommendations to address emerging priorities and help shape future government policy and strategic decision-making across the government's highest priorities – including health, housing and home ownership, and reducing victims of crime.
