Speech Pathologist Job Description
The Speech Pathologist role involves delivering evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children and their families in a multidisciplinary allied health organisation.
Key responsibilities include providing direct, family based and community-based support to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities, assessing and intervening with a mixed caseload in terms of both age and modality of intervention, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary context to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes.

Exceptional communication skills are essential for this role as the successful candidate will work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA Registration are mandatory requirements for this role.
* Experience in working with children and adolescents and confidence in your role working closely with their families is highly valued.
* Compliance requirements include SPA Registration; Working with Children Check; National Police Check; NDIS workers screening check; First Aid Training; Driver's License & Vehicle.
