About You:
* An ACECQA-approved Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
* Current Working with Children Check
* Current Child Protection Training
* Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
* Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate
* Hands-on experience running a large centre over 100 places, managing effective rostering and wage control, and guiding a sizable team's performance
* Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experience engaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
* Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS and Facebook
